How do I protect a directory?
To protect a directory you need to login as administrator, and click “Directories protection” under “Protection setup”. Click “Add directory”. You will now see the directories tree. Select the directory you want to protect and press the button “Protect this directory”. For more information about directories protection and other aspects of SiteSentry’s functionality, please refer to Product Documentation.

How do I grant a specific user access?
If you want to grant access to a user, go to the section “Member control” and click “Search/Edit member”. Enter the user name or email in the search line or press “Show all members”. Next to the user click on the icon - edit user information. Select from a drop-down list “change accessible directories”.

What administrator’s actions can I view in the system?
You can view the following latest records of the administrator’s activity:

• administrator login name
• level of administration
• IP address of the last login
• date and time of the last login

How many administration levels are there in SiteSentry?
You can create 3 level-administration of your system. The 1st level is the highest level with full privileges, the 3rd level is the lowest one.
